A very successful golfer, Charley Hull made history by being the youngest competitor in the worldwide Solheim Cup. Hull has also participated on the Ladies European Tour and the LPGA Tour, winning Rookie of the Year. She was the youngest contestant to earn a spot on the tour ladder, having turned 15 years old. Hull cares a lot about her physical health; she just posted a video of herself on a training bike to Instagram with the tagline, “Instagram vs. Reality.” Hull maintains her physical and mental preparedness for the game by balancing her golf career with exercises, sprints, and rowing. She is committed to fitness, self-care, and preparation. Here are a few of Hull’s well-being practices.

 

Hull primarily uses golf to stay in shape. Numerous health advantages of the sport exist.
