Following the passing of the Afrobeat singer Mohbad, his family has expressed their intention to seek a refund for the Range Rover Velar for which he had made a deposit before his demise. The funds will then be transferred to his father.
This decision comes after Cute Abiola revealed that the singer had already made payments for a new car before his tragic death at the age of 27.
A video making the rounds on social media captured the suspected family of Mohbad deliberating about the deposit made on the car.
When asked, Mohbad’s father stated that he was not aware of any deposit made by his son before his untimely demise.
The relative, however, could be heard in the background stating that he confirmed it following a report on social media.
“We will go and collect the deposit money Mohbad paid for his Range Rover Velar,” the voice stated in the background while quizzing Mr Joseph Aloba.
