Magistrate Court located in the Yaba region of Lagos State, on Wednesday, ordered the detention of Azeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu, who goes by the alias Sam Larry, in police custody.
The Lagos State Police Command requested that Naira Marley and the others be remanded for 30 days pending the completion of their investigation.
However, Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun ruled that Fashola and the others be remanded for just 21 days.
This comes after Police declare Mohbad childhood friend, Owodunni Ibrahim aka Prime Boy wanted, placed N1M reward on him.
The death of 27-year-old Mohbad has raised dust fro weeks now following his tragic death on September 12th 2023.
