Nollywood star Allwell Ademola recently expressed her frustration on social media due to being repeatedly mistaken for other celebrities. Despite her usual reluctance to air personal grievances online, the actress disclosed that she has been frequently confused with other prominent figures, leading to considerable irritation.
Allwell Ademola went on to explain that the constant misidentification has made it difficult for her to go about her daily activities, such as shopping in malls or walking down the street, as people often mistake her for Tiwa Savage or Simi.
An indignant Allwell Ademola declared her intention to take legal action against those responsible, emphasizing her strong desire to be recognized as her true self.
“I dislike resorting to social media for this matter. Why do I have to deal with this? I would have kept quiet, but it has been ongoing for several weeks and I can no longer tolerate it. I can’t even go to the malls, supermarkets, or walk on my street.
How can people mistake me for someone else? They all call me Tiwa Savage, and some even mistake me for Simi. I admit I bear a resemblance to Simi, but I am not her. I am Allwell. I have decided to take legal action.”
